Job title: Software Engineers

Reports to: R&D Manager
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop embedded software on Linux operating system for home networking devices
• Produce design, code, and test documentation per AirTies Software Development procedures
• Develop and execute test plans as necessary to maintain high level of quality
• Contribute to definition and architecture of future AirTies products (based on expertise level)
• Support and maintain existing product lines
• Conduct research on new technologies such as broadband, wireless, networking, VoIP;
Qualifications:
• Engineering degree required (Computer science or electronics preferred),
• Good command of English (written and spoken) required
• 2-4 year(s) of experience required
• Networking, Linux/Unix operating system development, C programming knowledge required
• xDSL, 802.11 or VoIP experience perferred
• Embedded programming experience preferred
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• High motivation to work in a fast moving startup environment

Reports to: Top Management
Responsibilities:
• Enthusiastic team player needs to communicate with customer daily
• Implementing the company's SW platform, OneTOOL worldwide
• Installing and maintaining the Windows server both HW and SW
• Oracle RDBMS installation and O&M
• Experience with GSM/UMTS telecom equipment vendors like Ericsson, NSN, Huawei, etc.
• Tier-1/2 Support of OneTOOL software, the support can be remote or on-site support
• Lab QA testing
Qualifications:
• Diploma from the universities’ 4 years programs, preferably related to electronics, computer or telecommunications (subject matter experts will also be considered)
• Min. 5 years of working experience
• Work experience in the telecommunications sector is preferred
• SQL, Oracle or other RDBMS Administration knowledge
• Basic knowledge and hands on experience in TCP/IP protocols
• Strong customer relations, a positive thinker
• Must be willing to learn (company working on new technologies)
• Must like traveling (mostly international)
• Excellent verbal skills in English
• Preferably military services completed (for male applicants)
